Mission clause — 60 days
If a resident is recalled by their employer or their official posting ends, the lease may be terminated on 60 days’ written notice supported by an official letter from the employer or mission. Standard provision for UN, embassy, and multinational tenancies.
Corporate leases
Accepted for named residential occupants only. The named resident adheres to the building’s standards in writing. No commercial activity may be conducted from a residence.
Lease is issued in English and Arabic with identical terms. Denominated in JOD; residents may settle in USD at the prevailing rate at any time.
Long-term residency is preferred. Alternative furnished terms may be considered for institutional requirements by direct arrangement.

Private-floor configuration
