Commissioned for the Building · Installed August 2026

The rooftop chandelier

A suspended composition of clear, white, and amber glass leaves, commissioned for the high-ceiling landing shared by Residences 301, 302, and 303.

Conceived by the owner as the first custom art piece for the completed building, it establishes a recurring leaf motif that will continue more quietly behind the master-bedroom headboards.

The Design Context

One motif, from shared arrival to private rooms

The chandelier occupies the building's tallest shared volume, immediately outside the three rooftop residences. Its glass leaves descend at different levels beneath a circular illuminated canopy, using transparent, frosted-white, and amber pieces to change character between daylight and evening.

The related bedroom installation is deliberately quieter: the same leaf language will appear as artwork integrated with the master-bedroom headboards. The repetition is intended to connect the common stairwell and private interiors without making every space identical.

The photographs on this page show the completed, installed chandelier—not an architectural rendering.
