Information you choose to share

When you make an inquiry, we receive the contact and household information you enter, such as your name, email address, preferred residence, employer or mission when supplied, intended lease period, number of occupants, and message.

How it is used

Inquiry information is used only to respond, recommend a suitable residence, arrange a viewing, and manage a potential or active tenancy. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Vercel Analytics may receive technical usage information such as pages visited, device and browser details, approximate location, and interactions with the site. These tools are not loaded when you choose “Essential only.” Your preference is stored in your browser.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel and inquiry email is delivered using Resend. Information may be processed by these providers solely to operate the website and deliver your inquiry.

Your request

To ask what inquiry information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion, email concierge@shihabresidences.com. Information that must be retained for an active lease or legal obligation may be excluded from deletion.
