A Note on Security

Controlled card/fob/intercom entry, full CCTV across common areas, and a ZagTrader regional office within the building for additional accountable management. The building is single-owned and single-operated — no third-party property manager. We do not operate an armed guard post or ID-checked entry, and we are not suited to placements requiring OSPB-grade residential security standards. We work best with residents whose security needs are satisfied by a quiet, low-traffic, governed boutique building with named accountability.
