SHIHAB Elite Residences contains six homes under one owner and one maintenance standard. Five are fully furnished; Residence 201, the private full-floor home, can be fully furnished by arrangement. There is no public lobby, restaurant, retail use, or transient booking operation.
Annual residency is preferred, with selected shorter furnished terms considered directly. That model is intended for households that want a settled home with accountable building management rather than hotel services or marketplace inventory.
